To obtain a copy of marriage certificate:

1. Completed and signed general search form for marriage certificate.
2. Copy of the Marriage Certificate 
3. A Money Order or Cashiers Check of $50.00 (or equivalent in Indonesian Rupiah) Payable to Embassy of The Republic of Kenya.
4. A prepaid, self-addressed (addressed from the Embassy to your own address) DHL return envelope must be submitted with all applications. Please ensure it has adequate postage.

When completed, this application should be sent to –
